OPSEU/SEFPO Constitution

The OPSEU/SEFPO Constitution is the governing document of the Union. It establishes the rules, structure, responsibilities, and democratic processes that guide how OPSEU/SEFPO and its Locals operate.

Local 542 encourages members to become familiar with the Constitution, particularly the provisions that outline membership rights, elections, meetings, and the responsibilities of elected representatives.

OPSEU/SEFPO Policy Manual

The OPSEU/SEFPO Policy Manual reflects the Union’s shared principles, direction, and approach to how we operate. Its policies are developed through democratic processes involving members at Convention and regional representatives on the Executive Board, and help guide decisions across the Union.

The Policy Manual works alongside the OPSEU/SEFPO Constitution and Procedures Manual and is updated as the Union continues to evolve.
