OPSEU/SEFPO Local 542 is a composite of over 600 members across the Ontario Public Service (OPS-Unified), the Broader Public Service (BPS) in 29 locations in the province. Our members live, work and organize in Toronto and across the Greater Toronto Region, in addition to members whose positions are based in Toronto but who work in field offices throughout the province.
As a member you are supported by over 130,000 fellow workers and are able to collaborate and work with volunteer stewards, full-time staff reps, and legal teams to find solutions and build a stronger province!
Are you in a workplace that doesn’t have a unit or shop steward? Then that person could be you! Please consider joining the Local Executive Committee (LEC) by sending us a note here.
